Terms of use

Last updated 2 August 2026

Ryvo is a media player. It is sold as software only, with no content of any kind included, and what you choose to play through it is your responsibility.

1. What Ryvo is

Ryvo is an application for Fire TV and Android TV devices that reads a playlist you supply — an M3U file or URL, or Xtream Codes credentials — and presents it as a guide, an on-demand library and a player.

2. What Ryvo is not

Ryvo does not provide, host, index, resell, bundle or recommend television channels, films, series or streaming subscriptions. It ships with no playlist. It has no affiliation with, sponsorship from, or endorsement by any broadcaster, studio, streaming service or IPTV provider, and no such party's trademarks are used to imply otherwise.

3. Your responsibility for content

You are solely responsible for the sources you configure and for holding whatever rights, subscriptions or permissions are needed to access them in your country. You agree not to use Ryvo to access material you are not entitled to access. If you are unsure whether a source is legitimate, do not use it.

4. Licence

Buying a plan grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Ryvo on your own devices. You may not resell it, redistribute it, bundle it with a device or service you sell, or modify, decompile or reverse-engineer it, except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Plans and payment

Ryvo is offered monthly (£3.99), yearly (£14.99) or as a one-off lifetime purchase (£49.99). Every plan unlocks the whole application; the only difference is the billing term. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. "Lifetime" means the working life of the Ryvo product, not a guarantee of perpetual service, and does not survive the product being discontinued.

6. Refunds

UK consumers have a 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase. Where a purchase is made through an app store, that store's refund policy applies and refunds are handled by them.

7. Availability

Ryvo depends on your device, your internet connection and your provider's servers, none of which are under our control. Ryvo is supplied "as is"; we do not warrant that any particular playlist, stream or provider will work with it.

8. Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Ryvo in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Ending the licence

We may end your licence if you breach these terms, in particular clause 3. You may stop using Ryvo and cancel a subscription at any time.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

This is a plain-English draft, not legal advice. Have a solicitor review it before Ryvo takes its first payment.
